Location:

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of first and third-party insurance litigation matters.
• Conduct discovery, draft motions, and prepare for trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop litigation strategies.
• Provide legal representation to insurance clients, ensuring excellent service and favorable case outcomes.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing case updates and addressing inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in First and Third-Party Insurance Litigation or related fields.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills with experience managing cases from inception through resolution.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficient in litigation processes, including discovery, motion drafting, and trial preparation.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
