Should have substantial familiarity with the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. A bankruptcy clerkship is a plus.

The candidate should be able to work independently, have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
