A law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will represent clients in various family law matters, providing compassionate and effective counsel throughout the legal process.

Duties

• Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, and other related matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Attend court hearings, trials, mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, and client meetings.
• Provide compassionate and effective counsel to clients, guiding them through difficult legal situations.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys, case managers/paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
