Duties

• Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
• Represent clients in court, maintaining professionalism and excellence during legal proceedings.
• Maintain detailed and regular communication with clients, providing legal updates and advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with a proven track record in handling cases through trial.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in the State of New York.
