A prestigious law firm based in Dallas, TX is looking for a driven and passionate Associate Attorney to assist in handling a caseload of nursing home negligence cases. The firm provides a supportive and collaborative environment for an attorney looking to grow litigation skills, particularly within personal injury law. Prior personal injury experience is preferred but not mandatory, as the firm is committed to mentoring and developing talent.

Duties:

• Draft and file lawsuits for nursing home negligence cases
• Prepare and respond to written discovery
• Draft and respond to legal motions
• Assist in conducting depositions and mediations
• Collaborate with experts and review document productions
• Prepare cases for resolution or trial

Requirements:

• Some prior experience in personal injury law preferred
• Familiarity with case preparation and management is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and legal professionals
• Strong attention to detail and legal research skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas

Skills:
