• Assess cases to determine suit eligibility and oversee legal proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with opposing counsel and consumers.
• Collaborate with litigation, post-judgment, and collections teams.
• Attend court hearings and represent clients in legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in California.
• 3-5 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or collections.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, from suit filing to judgment enforcement.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Additional NV, AZ, CO, or NM Bar licenses are a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar License (Required).
