A distinguished law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join their personal injury litigation team. The firm represents numerous plaintiffs and is committed to helping victims secure justice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for trial work, an ability to develop compelling case strategies, and experience in litigation. Duties:

• Develop case themes and gather evidence for case building.
• Communicate effectively with clients and other parties involved.
• Lead and direct the legal team, providing proactive guidance.
• Draft and finalize pleadings, discovery, and responses.
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
• Maintain an organized case schedule and meet deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as required by the managing partner.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in personal injury law (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in litigation (preferred).
• Active and valid California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and highly organized.
• Self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar License in California.

Skills:

• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and active listening abilities.
• Excellent motion writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other legal software tools.
• Effective interpersonal skills and professional communication.
