A law firm seeks a highly skilled securities attorney with more than six years of experience managing structured securities offerings. This role requires a solid foundation in commercial real estate law, particularly focusing on finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The successful candidate will thrive in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing significantly to a range of legal projects.

Duties:

  • Represent a variety of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in numerous transactions.
  • Manage the complexities of acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing arrangements within commercial real estate.
  • Provide thorough legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Deliver strategic insights based on strong business judgment and extensive legal knowledge.
  • Effectively oversee multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational proficiency.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills:
