Practice Areas Litigation - General (consumer)
Tulsa office of our client seeks associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years of litigation experience. The candidate will provide legal analysis and arrive at practical solutions for clients. Will conduct effective legal research and draft pertinent legal documents. Work effectively with case-related personnel including expert and lay witnesses, judges, opposing counsel and other professionals in the judicial system. Maintain all case files and materials. Work in a technology-driven productivity environment, including using computers, phones, office productivity software, Internet-based legal databases, and legal practice management systems. Should have significant experience and commitment to protecting and enhancing the sovereign rights of tribal governments and improving the lives of Native people. Must be licensed to practice in Oklahoma and/or Washington, D.C.
The candidate should possess strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills. Must have exceptional writing skills and attention to detail. Should have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Must be self-motivated and proactive in organizing work and anticipating issues in advance. Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
