Duties:

• Manage high-value family law cases from initial consultation through final resolution.
• Conduct detailed legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, alimony, and property division, in court hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with clients regarding the status of their cases and provide legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and other legal staff to ensure timely and effective case progression.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and the court.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law litigation.
• Strong knowledge of family law statutes, case law, and court procedures.
• Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to advocate for clients in court and negotiate effectively.
• High level of integrity and dedication to client confidentiality.

Education:

• Doctorate in Law (JD).

Certifications:

• Colorado Bar Association certification.
