Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will conduct legal research and analysis, draft various legal documents, represent clients in court proceedings, and effectively communicate with opposing counsel and court personnel.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings and case development.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with opposing counsel, court personnel, and clients to facilitate case resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues and legal staff to strategize and develop case plans.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to two of the following State Bars: Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
