This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative, high-growth technology clients in the blockchain space, advising on venture capital financings, token issuances, corporate structuring, and navigating a complex regulatory environment.

Duties

  • Advise clients on venture capital financings, including the structuring and execution of transactions.
  • Provide counsel on token issuances, decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) formations, and other blockchain-specific corporate matters.
  • Assist clients in understanding and addressing challenges in the evolving regulatory landscape for blockchain and cryptocurrency.
  • Handle general corporate transactions for venture capital-backed technology companies.
  • Work with a diverse client base, including startups, investors, and established tech firms.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Emerging Companies Venture Capital, Blockchain, or Crypto-related legal practice.
  • Strong academic credentials and a track record of professional excellence.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities to build and maintain client relationships.

Education

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Membership in the Texas State Bar or eligibility for admission.
