  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates.
  • Attend court appearances, depositions, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership with the Michigan Bar Association.
  • Experience in personal injury litigation, particularly Michigan No-Fault cases.
  • Trial experience preferred but not required.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
