Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Analyze and communicate legal options to address business immigration needs.
  • Maintain timely and accurate communication with clients during and after the application process.
  • Supervise and collaborate with legal support staff to ensure proper case preparation and filing.
  • Conduct high-level case reviews and ensure accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Assist clients with immigration program management and compliance.
  • Provide guidance and support throughout the filing process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business immigration law.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Experience handling high-volume, rapid turnover cases.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in an applicable state Bar association.

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of non-immigrant visas (H-1B, TN, L, E, B, etc.) and immigrant visas (PERM, IV, AOS).
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
