Duties:

• Handle family law matters including divorce, division of property, alimony, child and spousal support, and child custody.

• Represent clients in cases involving domestic violence and pre-and post-nuptial agreements.

• Provide legal counsel and advocacy in family law disputes.

• Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, agreements, and pleadings.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Two to five years of experience in family law.

• Strong courtroom experience and litigation skills.

• Excellent legal writing and research abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (required).

• New Jersey Bar admission (preferred).

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
