• Perform routine legal work related to HOA disputes, collections, and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations
• Develop expertise in managing repeatable processes and workflows efficiently
• Maintain high standards of productivity and accuracy while handling large case loads
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of workflows within the HOA practice group

Requirements

• Entry-level attorney with strong interest in HOA and condominium law, particularly collections and compliance
• Motivated by consistent workflows and high-volume tasks
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Proven ability to stay focused and maintain productivity over extended periods
• Comfortable working in a structured and systematic environment

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Bar admission in Texas (or eligibility to apply for admission in Texas)
