Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 4-7 years federal Trademark litigation experience before the federal district courts and the Trademark Trial And Appeal Board. The must be admitted in New York and have, with excellent writing and legal research skills, proficiency drafting legal briefs and filing motions, drafting and responding to written discovery requests and taking oral depositions. Knowledge and/or experience in Copyright law a plus.

Their practice is broad-ranging, from all aspects of patent, trademark, and copyright law, to advice on entertainment law, security interests in intellectual property, and related aspects of commercial law and other legal areas dealing with technology.
