Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of 25-35 domestic relations cases independently, with limited supervision.

  • Collaborate with support staff, including a billing department, legal assistant, front desk receptionist, and call receptionist.
  • Participate in the firm's internal mentorship program during the first year.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in domestic relations or family law.
  • Ability to manage a high caseload autonomously.
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active and in-good-standing membership with the Ohio State Bar.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in case management and legal documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
