Duties

  • Assist in structured finance and securitization transactions, including asset-based lending.
  • Draft and review related documentation, including loan agreements, security agreements, and transaction documents.
  • Conduct legal research and offer practical solutions for complex legal issues.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex, high-value transactions.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring high standards of client service.
  • Prepare client presentations, memoranda, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure that projects and deliverables are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or asset-based lending.
  • Previous experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
  • Ability to handle complex transactions with sound business judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application.
