Duties:

• Review and draft oil and gas title opinions
• Conduct due diligence for title examination and transaction purposes
• Perform legal research and analysis related to oil and gas matters
• Negotiate and draft oil and gas agreements
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on oil and gas issues
• Provide legal advice on energy industry matters
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all work

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in oil and gas title examination
• Experience in negotiating and drafting oil and gas agreements
• Strong legal research and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in the energy or oil and gas industry is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
