Duties:

• Draft and respond to discovery requests, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct depositions and trial preparation.
• Engage in client communication, providing updates and guidance throughout case progression.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and legal analysis.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal procedures and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in civil litigation, specifically in personal injury or medical malpractice.
• Active bar license in Tennessee.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of litigation processes, including discovery and pre-trial work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
