Duties

• Manage both contentious and non-contentious family law cases.

• Represent clients in divorce proceedings, including high-asset financial settlements.

• Advise on child custody, visitation rights, and parental relocation matters.

• Provide counsel on various aspects of family law, including asset protection and trust-related matters.

• Participate in business development initiatives, including writing thought leadership content and attending industry events.

• Collaborate with in-house experts in private client law, tax, and litigation to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience practicing in a family law setting.

• Strong ability to manage complex legal matters independently and collaboratively.

• Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple cases with competing priorities effectively.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
