Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in both state and federal courts in New York.
• Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies.
• Attend court hearings, trials, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Provide legal counsel to clients in various business litigation matters.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong academic performance and writing skills.
• Proven ability to function independently and within a team environment.
• Prior experience in commercial litigation in both state and federal courts in New York.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
