The candidate will work alongside experienced and highly skilled senior attorneys representing real estate developers and investors in all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, development, sales, leasing, and finance. Must have experience drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, development agreements, reciprocal easement agreements, condominium documents, and similar documents at a private law firm. Must experience significant client contact and learn to develop strong client relationships as well as strong business development skills. Should be licensed in Maryland, the District of Columbia, or Virginia and must enjoy practice and client development in a team environment. Regional experience is preferred.
The candidate should preferably have strong ties to the community. Excellent writing and analytical skills are required.
