The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a variety of real estate matters on a daily basis. With 3-5 years of experience in real estate litigation, the Associate Attorney will be expected to contribute to case preparation, including depositions and trial work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and litigate real estate disputes, including property transactions, leases, and ownership issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

  • Provide legal advice and strategy recommendations to clients on real estate matters.

Requirements:

  • Deposition and trial preparation experience is preferred.
  • Strong academic record and professional reputation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in the state of Texas.
