• Handle all aspects of landlord-tenant litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, and trials.

• Represent clients in court appearances and settlement negotiations.
• Manage DHCR proceedings and conduct rent regulatory due diligence, if applicable.
• Collaborate with team members to meet case objectives.
• Train and expand knowledge in areas such as real estate transactions and commercial leasing.

Requirements:

• Experience in landlord/tenant law required.
• Strong advocacy and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• DHCR proceedings and rent regulatory experience is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New York.
