Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Admittance and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
  • 2-5 years of real estate and/or probate law experience.
  • Experience with evictions and litigation is a huge plus.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
