Real Estate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3+ years of transactional experience. The ideal candidate will assist in negotiating and drafting transactional agreements, performing due diligence, and closing transactions. Sophisticated law firm experience is required, with a preference for candidates with finance and leasing expertise, and prior hospitality experience is a plus. California Bar Admission is required.
