Duties:

  • Admission to the Bar in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on transactional matters.
  • Strong transactional background, including experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing.
  • Excellent time management and writing skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
