Immigration Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Represent clients in immigration court and before government agencies.
• Prepare, draft, and file legal documents on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on legal transactions related to immigration matters.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Perform administrative and management tasks related to legal practice.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in immigration law is preferred.
• Experience with Immigration Court proceedings is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent client service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active law license (Required)
