Duties

  • Collaborate with experienced staff, including paralegals and legal assistants, to manage case-related tasks.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and client correspondence.
  • Attend client meetings, court hearings, and other legal proceedings as needed.
  • Stay organized and on top of case deadlines while maintaining accurate case files.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in domestic law, estate planning, probate, and civil litigation.
  • Proven ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective client relationships.
  • Experience using Office 365, including Outlook and related applications.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Certifications

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado with no disciplinary history.

Skills

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient with Office 365 and Outlook.
  • Experience with billing and client management software (training provided).
