The attorney will handle all aspects of the legal process, including negotiations, case preparation, depositions, hearings, and trials.   • Manage client intake, develop case strategies, and tailor legal approaches to individual circumstances.
  • Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, adhering to deadlines and legal requirements.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives, contributing to team development and client success.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be admitted to practice law in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, or North Dakota.
  • Personal injury law experience or related litigation experience preferred.
  • Ability to reliably commute to the office and travel locally to meet with clients.
  • Previous experience working in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, including comfort with phone consultations and client interaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, or North Dakota.
