Duties

• Conduct legal due diligence for M&A and securities transactions.
• Provide junior-level support as part of the Corporate & Securities Practice Group.
• Draft, review, and revise transaction agreements, legal summaries, corporate documents, and non-disclosure agreements.

Requirements

• An active member of the NY bar in good standing or pending admission.
• Strong academic credentials and/or relevant work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage discrete projects independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in New York.
