A law firm seeks a dedicated Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney to oversee a docket of pre-litigation injury cases. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for guiding clients through the intricacies of personal injury claims. Duties

  • Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims.
  • Supervise and guide paralegals and support staff.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients regarding their case status.
  • Evaluate claims to determine value ranges and resolution strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and other parties involved.
  • Review and finalize settlement agreements and releases.
  • Resolve medical and other liens to ensure accurate settlement disbursement.
  • Handle final distribution of settlements to clients promptly.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the State of Michigan.
  • Familiarity with personal injury law, claims processes, and settlement negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capability to handle a high volume of cases and meet critical deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
