Duties

• Engage in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories
• Provide legal counsel to clients, ensuring they understand the litigation process
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in litigation
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Ability to handle a variety of complex litigation matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Licensed to practice law in Tennessee

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
