Mid To Senior-Level Gaming Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Mid to Senior-Level Gaming Associate Attorney to support litigation and regulatory matters for gaming industry clients in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will have gaming law experience and be admitted to the NJ Bar.

Duties:

• Handle litigation and regulatory matters for gaming industry clients, including consumer class action, gambling loss recovery actions, mass arbitrations, and state Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to gaming law issues.
• Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Assist in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on gaming law matters.

Requirements:

• Mid to Senior-level experience in gaming law.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal gaming laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Prior experience in consumer class actions and regulatory investigations preferred.

Education and Certifications:
