The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled litigator with 3-5 years of experience handling complex employment-related disputes. Duties:

  • Collaborate with senior litigators to devise and implement litigation strategies for employment-related disputes.
  • Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
  • Analyze employment records to identify relevant information for litigation.
  • Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies, ensuring the protection of their interests.
  • Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, and trials.

Requirements:
