A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Mid-Level to Senior Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled litigator with 3-5 years of experience handling complex employment-related disputes. Duties:

• Collaborate with senior litigators to devise and implement litigation strategies for employment-related disputes.
• Draft and review pleadings, discovery, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
• Analyze employment records to identify relevant information for litigation.
• Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies, ensuring the protection of their interests.
• Participate in depositions, conferences, hearings, and trials.
• Work with employment experts to strengthen case strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on employment law matters.
• Prepare and draft motions in support of litigation efforts.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Foster strong, professional relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice law in California.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation.
• Proven ability to manage cases from inception through trial and appeals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently, while maintaining a collaborative mindset.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
