Duties:

• Assist in handling construction law and business litigation cases

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

• Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and mediations

• Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategy

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case development and trial preparation

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of litigation experience (construction or business litigation preferred)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage tasks independently and as part of a legal team

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-standard legal environment

• Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida (active and in good standing)
