Duties:

• Manage personal injury and workers’ compensation cases from initiation through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management
• Provide clear communication with clients regarding case developments and strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law and workers' compensation
• Must hold a valid New Jersey Bar License
• Proven ability to manage a full caseload with attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
