The role primarily focuses on handling personal injury cases such as car accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death, all in a pre-litigation capacity. Duties:

• Manage personal injury cases in pre-litigation, including car accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
• Work closely with a dedicated paralegal and collaborate with another attorney/paralegal team.
• Oversee intake and case management to ensure clients receive exceptional legal support.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop strategies for handling personal injury cases effectively.
• Ensure all legal work is completed efficiently without the need for overtime or weekend work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in the personal injury or accident field.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Louisiana.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a heavy caseload in a high-volume pre-litigation environment.
• Experience in client interaction and case strategy development.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Louisiana Bar License.

Certifications:

• Must hold a valid Bar license to practice law in Louisiana.
