A law firm specializing in immigration law is seeking a skilled and experienced Immigration Attorney to handle a wide range of immigration cases from initiation to resolution. Duties:

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in immigration law.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a substantial caseload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in good standing (state-specific requirements may apply).
