  • 5+ years of experience practicing law in business and corporate transactions.
  • Strong understanding of business entity structures and corporate governance principles.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and drafting business transaction documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
