Job Overview: A growing law firm in Denver is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of courtroom experience to join its dynamic team. Duties:

  • Represent clients in landlord-tenant litigation, including evictions and related matters.
  • Manage case files from inception through trial.
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.
  • Provide legal counsel and advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
  • Negotiate settlements and provide resolution strategies to clients.
  • Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure efficient and effective case management.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in litigation, preferably in landlord-tenant matters.
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload and appear in court on behalf of clients.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while handling cases autonomously.
  • Comfortable with occasional remote work once up to speed.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Colorado Bar (Preferred).
