Appellate Litigation Attorney

Duties:

• Manage all aspects of a federal appellate caseload.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs and motions, with a focus on strong legal writing.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis in support of appellate cases.
• Participate in oral arguments as necessary.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff on case strategy and development.

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of attorney experience.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Must be a member in good standing of a state bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar membership is required.
