Mid-level Corporate Attorney

A law firm in Pittsburgh is seeking a Mid-level Corporate Attorney to join its Corporate business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and negotiating various corporate and transactional documents, including entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to interact effectively with clients and represent them in negotiations. Attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a team environment are essential.

Duties:

• Prepare and negotiate a variety of corporate and transactional documents, such as entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents.
• Interact with clients and represent them in negotiations for various business transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all legal documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a team environment to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 4-8 years of experience in corporate law, preferably within a law firm environment.
• Strong academic credentials.

Certifications:
