Duties

• Apply knowledge of Texas laws to manage and advance personal injury pre-litigation cases.
• Handle a high-volume caseload with speed, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Professionally engage with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to facilitate case resolutions.
• Review and analyze medical records and bills to develop strong case strategies.
• Manage settlement and breakdown processes effectively and efficiently.
• Supervise and guide legal support staff to ensure smooth case handling.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses to determine appropriate resolution strategies (settlement vs. litigation).

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide team members.
• Proficient in negotiation and client advocacy, with an aggressive yet positive approach.
• Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior communication skills to provide exceptional client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
