Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the state of Florida.

• Strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Evidence.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or Lexis.
• Effective negotiation skills and precise drafting of legal documents.
• Familiarity with negotiating settlements.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar License (required).
