The ideal candidate will have a robust background in corporate governance, tax, business planning, and real estate. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate, tax, business planning, and real estate practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate and/or real estate transactional law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, tax, business planning, and real estate matters.
  • Membership in the California Bar is required.
  • Competitive law school class ranking preferred.
  • Strong research and writing skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build client relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage complex legal projects and work independently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California Bar.
