Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation and investigations.
  • Assist in DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations and criminal enforcement matters.
  • Work on complex antitrust issues, providing legal analysis and strategic guidance.
  • Draft legal briefs, motions, and other documents related to antitrust matters.
  • Advise clients on antitrust regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in handling high-profile cases.
  • Participate in direct client communication and case management.
  • Support internal investigations and provide counsel on competition law matters.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in antitrust law (class years 2019–2023).
  • Substantive knowledge of antitrust law and competition issues.
  • Experience in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC investigations, and criminal enforcement.
  • Ideally, prior experience with enforcement agencies or DOJ/FTC government service.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage complex legal matters and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Proven academic excellence and attention to detail.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.
