Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • 3-10 years of litigation experience, focusing on public school districts or educational institutions.
  • Demonstrated employment and tort litigation expertise, governance, and student issues.
  • Proven track record of handling civil rights and constitutional law cases.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex casework effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Texas State Bar License.

Skills:

  • Excellent research and writing skills.
  • Proven litigation experience.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
